The death of a child will usually be the most distressing event that happens to any family. No parent expects their child to die before them and losing a child seems very unnatural. Our sympathetic staff have been trained in assisting grieving parents and will sensitively help you with the choices that have to be made.
We have a selection of caskets designed for a child’s funeral.
Options include:
- A white traditional style casket. Furnishings include brass plated handles and fittings with matching engraved inscription plate.
- A material covered casket with teddy bear and swallow motif.
- A satin covered casket with pleated lid, brass handles and furnishings. All interiors are finished to the same high standards with complimentary white lining.

parents offering friendship and understanding to other bereaved parents.
This includes the whole range of ages from babies to fully mature
adults. The Compassionate friends are a non-religious registered
charity.
