Local Football Team to Receive New Kit

Footballers from the Fountain Inn Public House in Swannington, will soon have a kit to be proud of thanks to a donation from a local funeral business.
Midlands Co-operative Funeral Services on London Road, Coalville, has awarded the Fountain Inn with a £400 donation to help it purchase a new kit for its football team.
Keith Brooks, Chairman of the Fountain Inn Football Club said: “The funeral home came to our aid after we displayed posters in the pub asking if local businesses could help with sponsorship. This donation will make a huge difference and we thank Midlands Co-op for its generous offer.”
Shirley Arnold, Funeral Director at Midlands Co-operative Funeral Services in Coalville, said: “The funeral home is delighted to be supporting the Fountain Inn and we hope the new football kit will bring the team a season of success.”
