Funeral Roles

Funeral Director
To manage all day-to-day activities, providing a front-line, customer-focused service to clients wishing to arrange a funeral, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and respect for the deceased.

Embalmer
To carry out all embalming and mortuary duties ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and respect for the deceased. To ensure the efficient running of the mortuary and embalming theatre in liaison with management.

Senior Embalmer
To supervise, and where necessary, carry out all embalming and mortuary duties ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and respect for the deceased. Ensure the efficient running of the mortuary and embalming theatre.

Senior Funeral Administrator
To carry out funeral arrangements for clients within the funeral home or at the client’s premises, offer information on the services the business provides and ensure the highest standards of service excellence. To supervise and ensure efficient running of all administrative duties in liaison with management.

Funeral Administrator
To carry out funeral arrangements for clients within the funeral home or at the client’s premises, offer information on the services the business provides and ensure the highest standards of service excellence.

Senior Funeral Service Assistant
To assist on funerals and carry out preparation and removal duties ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and respect for the deceased. To supervise and ensure efficient running of all preparation and funeral duties of Funeral Service Assistants in liaison with management.

Funeral Service Assistant
To assist on funerals and carry out preparation and removal duties ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and respect for the deceased.
